On more than one occasion we have donated some furniture and described in detail what the items are on the phone to ensure that they will be suitable. However, the van drivers seem to have a different criteria to the people you speak to on the phone. As a result, you may wait in only to be informed that they will not take the item. Incredibly frustrating as in one situation we were left with two sofas on the day two new ones arrived...
