Not impressed with their lack of customer service and responsibility. My partner went to get my dress altered. On the day of collection he was told it had not been done because the person was off sick. They did not have the courtesy to call him and tell him there was a problem. So they offered to deliver it to my home at 8pm, on the day someone turned up to my house at 9pm, asking for a collection. I was very upset this had been messed up again. the next day I went to collect it myself they offered not apology not discount for wasting my time. If you can avoid this shop, find somewhere else.
