arc & imo Car Wash Merton Reviews
Have been coming in here past few years but the gangsters have taken over. They saw a lone femail and for 2nd time didn't use the tyre decreases spray, then put me through on cheaper wash but after shouting out of window (got a bit wet) the guy was waiting at end with 2 quid refund, but still acted dumb regarding tyre wash! Probably won't go again and WILL complain to trading standards about their poor/sexist service! Waste of time & money....don't go!!

Normally very good and I've been going to this particular car wash for the last 16 years. Lately though it's become a total letdown when a certain talk and skinny Eastern European guy is in charge. No smile, no thank you, no appreciation, he looks like he is suffering like Jesus on the cross and he constantly declines the valet service claiming he is to busy and has not enough staff. Went there at 6pm today, 3 cars before me, 4 behind me, three guys doing the service and the £10 valet declined. In fact I go every 2 weeks and once a month get the valet, 7 out of ten times he has now declined the valet. I have already complained to the manager but nothing has happened. When you see this guy don't bother going, waste of time and money. Manager - DO SOMETHING !! This dude is LAZY AND BSD FIR YOUR BUSINESS!!!

The boss was accomodating despite the shop almost closing.So this clown looking buldy guy was not bad at all after he decide to let me in as his last last customer mins.before closing time.thumbs up for you buddy!

Very long wait and both exterior wash and interior valet (provided onsite by another company) were not thorough at all, you have to queue individually for these services and with all that time spent I could have done a much better job myself with basic home equipment.
