Normally very good and I've been going to this particular car wash for the last 16 years. Lately though it's become a total letdown when a certain talk and skinny Eastern European guy is in charge. No smile, no thank you, no appreciation, he looks like he is suffering like Jesus on the cross and he constantly declines the valet service claiming he is to busy and has not enough staff. Went there at 6pm today, 3 cars before me, 4 behind me, three guys doing the service and the £10 valet declined. In fact I go every 2 weeks and once a month get the valet, 7 out of ten times he has now declined the valet. I have already complained to the manager but nothing has happened. When you see this guy don't bother going, waste of time and money. Manager - DO SOMETHING !! This dude is LAZY AND BSD FIR YOUR BUSINESS!!!
