Got new roof installed. Poor workmanship. Asked for shoddy gutter to be fixed as thought it was under the 25 year guarantee but apparently they don't guarantee for poor workmanship... not sure why. Very rude telephone manner, strange as they were quite nice when they were soliciting the business. Don't be fooled by the MBE, this company provides poor customer service. Avoid.
