Following an operation replacing my right knee, I was concerned about recovery. I was aware that I was not very fit. I am of an age where I knew recovery would be difficult and would take some time. I contacted Lisbeth for help. She developed a program for me which I could cope with. Her help was fantastic. I found her very knowledgeable, very professional and 100% supportive. I am now recovered and I give my thanks to Lisbeth. That is why I give her FIVE stars.
