Terrible!
The reception is unsympathetic and unhelpful.
I have been with them a while and here are few instances of my experience with them:
- I had a condiion and the doctor's help was printing some pages off the internet for me to read! Thanks as if My problem was internet connection or printer
- iI went to see the GP with three different problems about my health and before I mentioned the third, he said he ha only 10 minutes and that I should book another appointment
-I am 10 min late for my appointment, the reception keeps for another 10 min and then they tell the GP that I was 20 minutes late, AND THEN I was actually refused to be seen and had to go to a walk-in centre.
